Mouser in Mechanicsville, MD in non-DCIN foster home

March 24/2012~We received an email from Mouser's rescuer that let us know he has been placed into a foster home through a no kill pet shelter. DCIN had just supplied Mouser with insulin and testing supplies which were all passed on to his new fostering family. We will be contacting this family to offer to answer any questions they may have and see the progress that Mouser makes in time. This little guy deserves a loving home after what he has been through.

March 21/2012~Meet Mouser. He is approximately 8-10 years old, grey and white tuxedo, neutered male. He is a stray that was found in someone's yard. This good samartian took him in even though her house is already full of kitties. She brought him to the vet and found out he is diabetic. She cannot keep him because her house is already too full. He is currently living alone in her bathroom. He had to be shaved right down to the skin because of terrible matting. You can see in this little man's eyes that he has already had a tough life. Now he needs a life filled with cuddles and love. He is not currently being treated for his diabetes. Mouser needs to find a house urgently and we have 2 weeks to find him a home. He is FIV/FELV negative and is current on his rabbies vaccine. Please help us find a home for Mouser. ~CĂ©line
