March 9, 2014-- Marley is a senior boy, estimated to be around 15 years old and is currently living at Animal Outreach in Cape May, NJ. Before coming to Animal Outreach, he lived at the Burlington County Animal Shelter where it was discovered that he is diabetic. He has just started on 2 units of Lantus insulin a day. He is very good about having his blood sugar tested! Marley is on the thin side right now, but we hope he will gain weight as his blood sugar becomes better regulated.
Marley is a friendly, laid-back guy. He enjoys being petted and as much lap time as he can get! He also enjoys being brushed. He likes Fancy Feast Classic pate and DM dry food. Marley gets along well with other kitties, but we aren't sure how he feels about dogs!
