February 11, 2011--Tommy is traveling today to his new furever home. Welcome home, Tommy!!

****************************************************************************
December 1, 2011--Tommy is a very handsome rescue kitty in the Boston MA area that Peggy was feeding behind a business until she was finally able to trap him. A visit to the vet confirmed Tommy is diabetic with numbers running around 340.

Peggy has a huge heart and rescues many animals and is doing everything she can right now for Tommy.

Tommy is currently living in Peggy's cellar by himself and has not been introduced to her other rescue cats. She wants him to have the best chance at life and has made the difficult decision to rehome him.

Peggy had this to say about sweet Tommy:

"Tommy is a neutered male between 5 and 8 years old. He has tested negative for FIV and leukemia. He weighs about 12 lbs. Very loving. Does enjoy sitting on my lap to get some rubbing of the ears and under the neck. I believe he would be ok with other cats as he appears to be laid back, but I have not experienced it as he has been down cellar by himself. One of my cats did get in where he was and he did not seem alarmed."

Tommy is currently on DM wet food but is being untreated for his diabetes. We hope he can find a home soon.

Thank you.
